About

Building Blocks Nursery School is a play based preschool for children ages two to five, located in the Bryant neighborhood of Seattle. Children can enroll once they are two years old.

We are open year-round, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, with the exception of all Federal Holidays, as well as a one week Winter and Spring Break (aligning with the Seattle Public School District breaks). 

Enrollment

We accept children on a first-come, first-served basis. Children can to attend full-time (five days per week) or part-time (two or three days per week) as space allows. We do not offer half day or one day per week options. 

Priority registration is given to children of staff, siblings of enrolled students, current part-time students who would like to become full-time, and new full-time students. If you would like to join our wait list, please click here. 

2024 tuition

Tuition includes all meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, early and late snack, as well as milk), learning materials, extracurricular activities, including dance, music and French class, field trips and supplies.

Juniors (2-3 year olds): 

Full time (5 days/week): $2,408 per month

Part-time (3 days/week): $1,586 per month

Part-time (2 days/week): $1,061 per month

Preschool (4-5 year olds):

Full time (5 days/week): $2,212 per month

Part-time (3 days/week): $1,455 per month

Part-time (2 days/week): $976 per month

*A tuition increase of 3% occurs annually (January 1)
